M&DPLC Marine Africa (Pty) Ltd, A South African based company jointly owned by Murray and Dickson Construction Pty Ltd as the majority shareholder and PLC Contracting LLC offers years of construction experience in Coastal Protection, Nearshore Marine Civils, Intake & Outfall pipelines, and focusing on marine construction in South Africa and Africa.

Based in Century City, Cape Town, South Africa, our operations extend across Southern Africa and abroad.

The M&D Group of companies operate within a wide spectrum of construction activities, many of which are specialised in nature. M&DPLC Marine Africa is a 51% owned subsidiary of M&D Construction Group.

M&DPLC Marine Africa (Pty) Ltd, A South African based company jointly owned by Murray and Dickson Construction Pty Ltd as the majority shareholder and PLC Contracting LLC offers over 25 years of construction experience in marine, civils, pipelines and mechanical engineering construction, focusing on marine construction in South Africa and Africa.

All M&D companies, both in South Africa and the neighbouring SADC countries, are wholly-owned subsidiaries within the group. Additionally, M&DPLC Marine Africa specialises in Marine Construction, and it is also a subsidiary of the group.

How we work

Construction projects are executed by our various operational divisions, with crucial support from the Group’s support divisions. This structured approach not only creates an integrated network but also enhances performance management across all divisions.

PLCOS

At M&DPLC Marine Africa, we’ve adopted the international Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which we’ve customised as our own M&DPLC Management System (PLCOS).

This system is rigorously applied company-wide, enabling us to have clear strategic planning, continuous performance monitoring at the company, divisional, and individual levels, and immediate identification of issues that need urgent attention.
